I. Professional Member
An occupational therapist by education who meets the following criteria are eligible to become members of IOTTT:(a) Graduated with at least one of the degrees (bachelors, masters, or doctoral) from a government recognized institution in India.
(b) Currently working in the field of occupational therapy (clinical, teaching, administration, research).
(c) Be able to articulate their ideas clearly.
(d) Demonstrate willingness to contribute to the profession.
(e) Demonstrate professionalism in their behavior.
(f) Respect fellow members.
(g) Value accountability, transparency, and integrity.
(h) Believe in the due process.II. Associate Member
An occupational therapist by education who meets the following criteria are eligible to become Associate members of IOTTT:
(a) Graduated with an entry-level degree in occupational therapy from a government recognized institution in the country of education.(b) Currently working in the healthcare industry (clinical, teaching, administration, research).
(c) Interested in supporting the mission and vision of IOTTT.
(d) Be able to articulate their ideas clearly.
(e) Demonstrate willingness to contribute to the profession.
(f) Demonstrate professionalism in their behavior.
(g) Respect fellow members.
(h) Value accountability, transparency, and integrity.
(i) Believe in the due process.III. Non-OT Associate Member
An individual who meets the following criteria are eligible to become Non-OT Associate members of IOTTT:
(a) Graduated with an entry-level degree in a field that is related to occupational therapy (Healthcare professions, biomedical engineering, etc.) from a government recognized institution in the country of education.
(b) Currently working in the healthcare industry (clinical, teaching, administration, research).
(c) Interested in supporting the mission and vision of IOTTT.
(d) Be able to articulate their ideas clearly.
(e) Demonstrate professionalism in their behavior.
(f) Respect fellow members.
(g) Value accountability, transparency, and integrity.
(h) Believe in the due process.IV. Student Member
An entry-level occupational therapy student (BOT, BOTh or equivalent in India; entry-level masters or doctorate as applicable in other countries) who is currently enrolled in a government recognized program in the country of education shall become a student member of IOTTT. Their student membership requires a one time application and fee and is valid until the student graduates from the BOT program. Student members must:
(a) Be interested in supporting the mission and vision of IOTTT
(b) Be able to articulate their ideas clearly
(c) Demonstrate professionalism in their behavior
(d) Respect fellow members
(e) Value accountability, transparency, and integrity
(f) Believe in due process
