Dr.Karthik Mani and Dr.Sureshkumar Kamalakannan co-authored a landmark review on Global Occupational Therapy workforce research. Worldwide occupational therapy workforce research is scant and inequitably distributed, uses suboptimal methods, and is underfunded. This review highlights the opportunity to develop a stronger, evidence-based strategy for workforce development and professional advocacy. IOTTT is delighted to have its EC’s contributing in such a pivotal work.
